Between accelerators, universities, individual founders, and corporations, there's more demand for the FOCUS Framework than I can satisfy on my own.

Instead of leaving opportunities to serve founders unrealized, I want to use the FOCUS Framework, as business, to be a training ground for those who want to learn to practice the principles in FOCUS.

In other words, I can teach you in a hands-on way, how to find Product-Market Fit in a safe environment, by helping you design/run experiments on FOCUS itself.

1. You'll get 1-on-1 training, for the experiments you execute for FOCUS plus...
   
2. I'll also coach you on the experiments you run for your own startup.  
   
3. You'll also get to collaborate on a project that is used by tens of thousands of founders around the world.
   

Together over, 12 weeks, our small team will craft and execute experiments to make FOCUS the most powerful startup validation tool set in the world.

I ran the first round of Team FOCUS during the summer of 2016, and both participants, who were previously full-time employees are now successfully pursuing their startup careers.

Additionally, we continued to work together for several months the program ended because we all continued to benefit from the collaboration.

Team FOCUS is available to founders who:

1. Have a copy of the FOCUS Framework
2. Can directly benefit from joining Team FOCUS
3. Have previous experience fulfilling the roles available on Team FOCUS 
4. Can dedicate approx. 10-15 hours/week for 3 months (mid April - mid July)

I really enjoy working in this model, and it's something I've done several times before. It's a ton of fun, everyone learns a lot, and we inevitably create friendships along the way.

For those invited to the team, we'll work together for 3 months. You should be available to spend 10 - 15 hours/week working on Team FOCUS experiments.

I will provide leadership in weekly team meetings, define our success metrics, and offer mentorship for the project you own. You will drive the implementation and experimentation, as if it was part of your own startup.

Additionally, we'll schedule 1-on-1 meetings dedicated to your startup and the experiments you're running on it. You'll also have the option to continue monthly 1-on-1 mentoring sessions for another 3 months following your Team FOCUS participation.

We'll compensate each other by trading time and expertise - no exchange of money/equity.

If at any time, either of us feels like the collaboration is not worthwhile, we can go our separate ways. Conversely, if we want to continue the collaboration, we'll explore how to do so!

The round of the program will run from April 17th - July 7th.  Applications are due Thur., April 6th 2017.

Team FOCUS will be a distributed team, so you can join from anywhere in the world - last year's participants were from Finland and Australia.
